Job Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance team, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee budgets, inventory, and manage external service providers.
  • Track maintenance activities, generate reports, and identify process improvements.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or related field.

Skills

  • Proven maintenance management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and building systems.
  • Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Salary

  • Negotiable

Additional Salary Info

Up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family insurance.

  • Max Age Limit : 40 Years
