2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborate with department managers to compile consistent recruitment requirements.
  • Source candidates via job portals, databases, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies for domestic and overseas hires.
  • Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and skill evaluations for open positions.
  • Manage bulk recruitment efficiently, including shortlisting and onboarding.
  • Complete all hiring documentation and onboarding procedures.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice within technical communities.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Provide recruitment reports and insights to HR and department managers.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills

  • 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience, especially in technical roles and bulk hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
