2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Review, draft, and negotiate real estate agreements including but not limited to: Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Property Purchase Agreements (PPA), Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
Advise management on potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all company contracts comply with UAE laws and relevant real estate regulations.
Work closely with internal departments (sales, leasing, finance) to support their legal needs and general legal support and guidance to leadership on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution; Master's Degree (LLM) is an advantage.

Open to Arabic and Asian nationals, male within 40 years below
Minimum 10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a strong focus on real estate transactions.
Solid knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property ownership regulations, and general contract law.

Up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
